The 361 power amp has been redesigned from the ground up by Russ Allee -The Godfather of Electric Bass Amplification. Using modern components and a secret Acoustic formula, we were able to create a power amp for the 361 that has the musicallity and feel of the original -but then goes bigger, wider, lower and higher. Just consider it 40 years of R&D to build a 361 that is all that it should be...and more.

Using this built in power amp -with torroidal transformer and ultra-quiet fan for super-cool operation- the 361 is capable of producing 400 watts into 4 ohms without breaking a sweat. When these features get combined with the raw power of the massive 18" speaker, switchable titanium horn driver and folded-horn design of the 361 cabinet, you had better stand back. Earthshaking bottom end, punchy mids and snappy highs. Whatever sound you need, whenever you need it.
